1333 1333co  -  the 1333 covenant  -  @the1333covenant

1.55 million impressions.
100% organic.

1333co has never spent a dollar on advertising. Every impression, every follower and every order in this brief came from art and writing posted to our X page and our Neocities site over three years of building a community. This is a reach and engagement story first - the selling has barely started.

Read this before the numbers

This is 100% organic. None of it was advertising.

  • No paid media has ever run. No ads, no boosted posts, no influencer spend, no affiliate program - on any channel, at any point in three years.
  • The 398 posts measured here were not selling anything. They are art and writing. Eleven of the fifteen highest-reaching posts carry no caption at all.
  • We have gone viral for the work itself - for our art and our thoughts - not for a campaign, a stunt, or a product drop.
  • Merchandise is not the focus. It is a by-product of an audience that wanted something to hold, and we are at a very early stage of selling anything at all.
  • Angelgotchi has not launched. The 30 units shipped to date were DIY dev-kit prototypes. The first true product is still ahead of us.

What follows is a measurement of attention earned, not attention bought - and of what a three-year community does when the work is good enough to travel on its own.

Engagement is the asset

account_overview_analytics - 365 days to 2026-09-01
11.29% of everyone we reach engages with us.

Across 1,185,523 impressions in 90 days. Brand accounts on X typically engage between 0.03% and 0.50% of the people they reach - this account runs 22x to 376x above that band, and it does it without spending anything to be there. Reach this sticky is the single most valuable thing 1333co owns.

Against the benchmark

Engagement rate

1333co's measured 90-day rate set against the range commonly cited for brand accounts on X. The reference band is an industry benchmark, not a measured competitor.

Reach, and how fast it is compounding

X daily export - Neocities daily log - 12 months
57.8x growth in eight months, none of it bought.

Both owned channels broke out of a flat twelve-month baseline at the same time and moved together. The last 90 days hold 76.3% of the trailing year's impressions and 84.0% of its engagements. This is not one viral post - the rise is distributed across June, July and August, and it sits on three years of community that predates every export shown here.

X impressions, by month

Sep 25 - Aug 26

Organic reach delivered each calendar month. No promoted posts are included, because none exist.

August 2026 peak: 501,886 impressions - 57.8x January's 8,677 - from fewer posts than July.

Neocities page views, by month

Sep 25 - Aug 26

Page views served by 1333co, on its own scale - never sharing an axis with a different measure.

The site follows X by roughly a month. 5.8x over the same period, 130,669 page views on record all-time.

Follower flow

Monthly follows vs unfollows
New follows Unfollows
Unfollows stay near-flat while follows scale - the audience compounds instead of churning.

Day-level impressions. Hover for the exact figure and that day's net follower change.

Peak day 2026-07-28: 151,771 impressions and +653 followers, from a single untitled image.

Neocities: the other half of the pipeline

Neocities daily log - 550 days - Feb 28 2025 - Aug 31 2026
Same-day X reach and website visits move together, r = 0.63.

The site is not a landing page bolted onto the account, it is the second half of one pipeline. A post lands on X, and the same day the website log shows the audience arriving on it - 130,669 page views on record, 756 a day over the last 30 versus 131 a day across all of 2025. The relationship holds across all 364 days both channels have data for, not just the biggest posts.

Best single day on record: 2026-07-22, 1,675 page views. The floor has risen with it - even the quiet days in August sit above the peaks from a year earlier.

What goes viral, and why

398 posts - 2026-06-04 - 2026-09-01 - none promoted

Top 15 posts by reach

Every one of them organic
DatePostImpressionsLikesRepostsSavesEng. rateFollows
Eleven of the fifteen are images with no caption; the rest are single lines of writing. The top post - one image, no text, nothing for sale - delivered 186,461 impressions, 20,561 likes, 2,805 reposts and 133 new followers on its own. Note the engagement rates: every post in this table sits between 13% and 18%.

The work carries it, not the volume

146 originals - 252 replies

A post beginning with "@" is counted as a reply. Median impressions, on a shared scale.

146 original posts - 37% of output - produced 97.3% of all reach. The other 252 are conversations with the community, which is exactly what they are for.

Big hits on a high floor

Share of 90-day impressions

Cumulative share of impressions held by the strongest posts.

Reach concentrates the way organic art always does. What matters underneath: the median original post still reaches 2,456 people. The hits sit on a real floor, not on nothing.

When the audience is actually there

90-day average per calendar day

Average impressions delivered on each weekday, with posts published on those days over the same period.

Wednesday delivers 7.0x Sunday's average reach. Posting has never been scheduled against this - moving output onto the strong days is free reach still on the table.

Peak windows

From the X active-times grid, last 28 days
  • Wednesday and Thursday, late morning through mid-afternoon - the strongest block of the week.
  • Tuesday-Wednesday late evening - a secondary spike, consistent week over week.
  • Sunday and Monday are the weakest across all hours, and currently take 45 posts per 90 days between them.
An international, 80%-mobile audience spread across US, Japan and Latin America is why the strong windows are wide rather than sharp.

Who is watching

X audience panels - last 28-90 days - platform-inferred

Age

% of audience
92.0% under 35. 51.1% under 25 - the demographic that buys character collectibles and internet-native objects, and the hardest one for a paid brand to reach credibly.

Country

% of audience
67.3% of the audience is outside the US. Japan alone is 12.7% - the largest single non-US market, and the natural home for this aesthetic.

Gender

Inferred
53.0% female. A majority-female audience is unusual for X, where reach typically skews male - this brand didn't engineer that, the work just found her.

Device

Where they see it
80.2% arrive on a phone. Nearly half on iOS.

Reach composition

Followers vs not
84.6% of reach lands on people who do not follow us yet, the account is still expanding its edges.

Merch orders by country

Since Jun 1, 2026
The United States leads, with the rest spread across a handful of markets, roughly matching the audience's country mix above.

Early commerce signal

Secondary - we are at the very start of selling

Selling is not what 1333co has been doing. There is no store campaign, no email list, no ad account and no launch. The figures below are included only because they answer the obvious question - does this audience convert? - and the answer is yes, on the rare occasions we have asked.

Conversion on product posts 0.5-0.7% Observed when we actually post a product
Revenue - since Jun 1 $4,873 93 days, unprompted
Orders 38 2.9 per week
Avg order value $128.24 Above impulse tier - $0 acquisition cost

The one number that matters here

When a product is actually posted, 0.5-0.7% of the audience reached converts. That rate has never been applied at scale: product posts are a small fraction of output, and the account's typical month now delivers around half a million impressions.

For scale, not as a forecast: a single product post reaching the same audience as the July peak day (151,771 impressions) would, at the observed 0.5-0.7% rate, be a materially larger commercial event than the entire 93-day period above. We have not run that test. It is the most obvious thing we have not yet done.

Angelgotchi

The first true product - pre-launch

Where it stands

Angelgotchi is the product 1333co is actually building. It has not launched. Everything shipped to date has been a DIY dev-kit prototype - hand-assembled and sold to community members who wanted an early version of the thing before it properly existed.

Units, before any marketing exists
Thirty-three people have paid for, or asked to pay for, an unfinished prototype of a product that has never been advertised, launched, or shown outside the community.

Why the reach matters to it

  • The launch channel already exists. ~500,000 organic impressions a month at an 11.29% engagement rate is a distribution asset that costs nothing to fire.
  • Validation precedes the product. Hardware normally ships before anyone knows whether it sells. Thirty units already have.
  • The conversion rate is measured, not assumed. 0.5-0.7% on product posts, against an audience that is 92% under 35 and 80% mobile.
  • Nothing has been spent. Every result in this brief was produced at $0 marketing cost. The first dollar of paid acquisition is still unspent.

Levers not yet pulled

Growth available without a single new idea

Everything above was achieved with none of the following switched on. Each is standard practice for a brand at this stage; each is measurable and cheap; each is currently at zero.

What we are watching. Reach concentrates - the top ten posts carry half the quarter's impressions - and we currently reach our audience through one platform. Both are normal for organic growth at this size, and both are cushioned by the same fact: a median original post still reaches 2,456 people, so the floor is real. Diversifying the channel and building an owned list address it directly, and neither has been started.
