This app tracks your progress and tells you when you've earned screen time. To add a real enforcement layer, set up your phone's built-in Screen Time or Digital Wellbeing controls with a passcode you won't easily remember.
If Screen Time is off, tap "Turn On Screen Time" then "This is My iPhone".
Tap "Use Screen Time Passcode" and set a 4-digit code. Ask someone you trust to set it for you -- or set it yourself and immediately forget it by looking away after typing it once.
Tap "App Limits" > "Add Limit". Choose "Social Networking" (or pick specific apps). Set the daily limit to 1 minute -- effectively zero usable time.
On the App Limit screen, toggle ON "Block at End of Limit". This prevents skipping the limit with a tap.
Go to Settings > Screen Time > App Limits > tap your limit > "Delete Limit". After your allowed window, re-add the limit and reset the passcode.
Better option: Ask an accountability partner (spouse, friend, pastor) to hold the Screen Time passcode. You tell them "I've earned it" > they temporarily remove the limit for you > you thank them. This adds a human element that software alone can't replicate.
