We want you to love your 1333 Covenant purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our return policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, except in cases of defective merchandise (see Section 7).

The 30-day window begins on the date shown in your shipping carrier's delivery confirmation, not the date of purchase.

2. Eligible Items

To be accepted for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition — free from odors, stains, pet hair, or signs of use.
  • All original tags still attached.
  • In original packaging (if applicable).
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email).
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or that appear to have been used.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
  • Downloadable digital goods (art prints, music files, etc.).
  • Gift cards.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items returned without prior authorization (see Section 4).

4. How to Initiate a Return

Please follow these steps to return an item:

  1. Contact us first. Email us at kylesteinkopf@gmail.com or use our contact form with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Do not ship items back without authorization.
  2. Receive your Return Authorization (RA) number. We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, we will provide an RA number and return instructions. Returns shipped without an RA number may be refused.
  3. Pack and ship. Securely package the item(s) with the RA number clearly written on the outside of the package. Ship using a trackable method. We recommend keeping your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
  4. Await confirmation. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of approval or rejection within 5 business days.

5. Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for us to process your return once received.
  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective merchandise). If you received free shipping on your order and return part of the order, we may deduct the actual outbound shipping cost from your refund.

If you paid with a gift card, refunds will be issued back to the gift card. If you paid with a combination of gift card and another payment method, the gift card portion is refunded first.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us following the return process in Section 4 and specify that you want an exchange and the desired replacement item.
  2. Ship your original item back to us (you are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent).
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will ship the replacement item. If the desired size or color is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit instead.
Exchanges are subject to current stock availability. We cannot guarantee a specific item will be available at the time your return is processed.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective item (manufacturing defect, damage in transit) or the wrong item was shipped, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear photo of the defect or incorrect item.
  • A brief description of the issue.

We will arrange a prepaid return label and replace the item at no additional cost to you, or issue a full refund including original shipping, at your preference. Defective item claims submitted after 14 days of delivery will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

8. Return Shipping

  • Customer-initiated returns (size/fit/changed mind): the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Defective or incorrect items: we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
  • We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend shipping with tracking and keeping your receipt.
  • We do not refund duties, taxes, or customs fees paid on international orders.
